Interview was extremely casual. I was asked more practical questions (availability, start date, etc.) than traditional interview questions. Some scenario-based questions and expected straightforward questions were asked, but nothing tricky. Seemed like the interview was more of a formality.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if you suspect a customer has stolen merchandise?
Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Michaels (Frisco, TX)
Interview
Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
