I applied online and a few weeks after I got an invitation to a skype interview. The skype interview was voice ohly and consisted of a senior programmer asking technical questions.
Algorithm solving process with coding questions, very nice interviewers and environment really good feedback even though I did not get the job at the end. They even gave asvice on how to level up my answers
There was an online assessment, quite difficult and I did not pass. There should be an interview if you pass the online assessment, or maybe even two. Applied online with the cv and then received the link.

Was interviewed for the role last year. Technical interview 1 round: Object oriented programming questions were asked. Also, initially questions were based on the resume and projects done. Interviewer was nice.
