It was a functional interview with a peer of the role. I was contacted by an offshore team that sent me the wrong schedule, luckily the interview called me on my mobile and we could continue. There was no preparation guide or information provided by the recruitment team on what to expect

They Cancelled the interview on the night before the agreed date, changed the hiring manager and asked to reschedule. On the rescheduled date no one entered the interview Teams call. I reached out to the recruiter 3 times via email ( on the thread he emailed me) with no answer
