Recruiter call, hiring manager call, last round is 1-hour group presentation and a few 1:1s with hiring manager, design team member and a bar raiser. The team was nice but there was no specific feedback provided for why they moved forward with other candidates. It made you feel that they didn't care much about the candidate experience.

It was an hour long interview for me to present my portfolio. I created an entire slide deck tweaked to microsoft design theme. However I dragged my presentation a bit too much and I needed to cover two case studies and was able to focus only on one. The interviewer was friendly and kept it like a discussion and asked good questions related to the portfolio.
