Interview
The interview process was a superday of 3 45-minute behavioral interviews with a 15 minute break in between each interview. The interviews were hosted on Microsoft teams. Prior to these interviews the application consisted of fillling out some demographic informationa and submitting a resume.

Describe a time that you had to work in a team setting?
In-person recruitment, no prior HR interview round, 1 superday with 3 back-to-back interviews (senior managers, directors, VPs). Mostly behavioral questions and a few technical questions about supply chain. Fully online and heard back from them within a week.

Interview
It was a 3 round interview with 3 different managers. They did not directly ask any technical questions, but they asked me to share my experience and relate it to the responsibilities of the role. I answered alot of questions using th STAR method.
