Minacs Technical Customer Service Rrepresentative interview questions

Minacs interviews in person in the HR Dept. in Hamilton for office positions. Those interviews proceed well and as expected. However, the new owner, Concentrix, interviews twice over the phone from the USA for work-at-home positions. The first phone interview is as a group and long distance charges apply, so budget for around a $35 phone bill, depending on time of day and day of week. The second phone interview is one-on-one with a recruiter.
