The interview process was pretty long and complex - it definitely requires time, effort and commitment to learning.

I mentioned a feedback I had received from a former manager regarding the way I bring my opinions to the table, and they dove deep into it.
They asked how I understood the feedback, how I see it happening on the day to day. Also, what leader along my past experiences I had the best relationship with and why.
