Experiencia laboral, estudios, cursos, conocimiento de ciertos softwares.
One behavioral, one technical. Nothing too bad or difficult. Mostly accounting or straight forward finance questions, but helps to be well spoken. Behavioral is like every other interview, no curveball questions for me.
Easy to pass if you know credits, feeling like the standards and requirements are not high. So good luck guys, they used to intake ppl with good background, but now…..

HR process was smooth when setting up for the interview with hiring manager. However, interview with hiring manager was not as pleasant and reflected badly on the company. When unable to answer the technical questions posed, hiring manager passed comments that came off snobbish.
