I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (Heredia) in Jan 2023
Interview
Easygoing, nice interview
Easy questions about college, what do you know about the company and why do you want to work at the company
A few technical questions about the financial statements (names and purpose of each of the statements)
It was okay. not much to say. Weird interview questions. Employees seem competitive even with an intern. Asked me what functions i knew on excel which was strange considering the role.
Colloquio con HR tranquillo. Domande di rito, presentazione, expected values e obiettivi. In seguito domande più tecniche su esperienza con rating, metodologie ESG e analisi finanziaria. Nel complesso gradevole e professionale
The interviewer was extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. The entire process, from submitting my application to being shortlisted for the position, was incredibly smooth and well-organized. Each step was clearly communicated, and I felt supported throughout the journey. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that left me feeling hopeful and excited about the potential opportunity.
