it was a 20 minute interview for a full time position. the questions were super easy. like would you rather a dollar today versus a dollar tomorrow. they also asked for 10 dollar dep as well as the different valuation methods.
General questions about the line of business and common questions about how you would assume their teams handle certain situations. Mainly on behavioral side but also technical can be included.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
