Interview
Position openings appear, and as easily disappear, in bursts as management makes budget and forecast decisions. When jobs appear move quickly, when jobs are not there keep checking back. Expect numerous interviews as process is group consensus based. Hiring managers will want to move quickly while funding remains, but group consensus often leads to drawn out process.
