First round was a HireVue video recording for screening. This was followed by several rounds of phone/in-person interviews, then a superday on site. Mix of both behavioral and technical questions.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
