I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morrisons (Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
A standard 3 round affair; online tests, video interview and assessment centre.
The online tests are your basic verbal and numerical competency tests with a situational judgement test too. Make sure you look at the annual reports and know their values before taking the SJT as it is very heavily based on this. It filters out the lazy and speculative.
The video interview is pretty standard, mostly competency based with the usual "Why do you want to work for us"
The assessment centre was the standard group discussion, individual presentation and interview affair, lasting from 9-2:45 with an hour lunch break in between. Quite peculiarly, the lunch break was between the planning phase of the presentation and the actual presenting phase. I think it's done to sort of put the pressure on, so you write up your plan, get distracted by lunch and suddenly it's up to you to be more creative and think on your feet as there's no reading time when lunch is over.
The interview is competency based, all about your experiences and I guess it's judged against a criteria about how you'd fit into Morrisons.

Interview
Interview questions pretty simple, why you want to work for morrisons, what do you know about the programme also had to do a group case study and individual case study.
I applied online. I interviewed at Morrisons in Oct 2024
Interview
Passed all online assessments; assessment centre had a group exercise, a 40 min interview, and 1 hour to review a case study document and present to assessor. Didn't progress but after AC there was one more stage which was an interview

Question 1
Q: Tell me a time you worked in a team, why do you want to study the CIMA, how do you see yourself in 10 years, why the supermarket industry specifically?
