Interview process did not focus so much on my experience as it relates to the position and what it entailed as it was more about my ability to answer a series of trick questions to their liking. Also was more of an interrogation with multiple people interjecting in between.

Interview
1 phone and 2 rounds of in-person with peers, team and manager and manager's manager. The phone screen focused on the experience and in the job responsibilities. The in-person interviews were rigorous and included scenarios for managing challenging issues and situations.
