Interview
First, there was a 15 minute phone interview with HR. I was invited for several interviews with different departments, and this was in-person. Each typically lasted for about 15-20 minutes. If the clinical research team was interested, they would extend another department in-person interview. The interview process overall was not bad, but no one got back to me about the positions that I had interviewed for. I followed-up twice with both HR and the respective departments that I interviewed with, and there was no response.

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.
