I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System in Jun 2013
Interview
The hiring process was very tedious, the many departments involved were not communicating with each other, the verification process was long and time consuming. Documentation was provided with correct spelling of names and the names were still incorrect.

Question 1
What can you do for the department in terms of streamlining the grievance processes
I applied online. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System in Jun 2021
Interview
Applied online, 2 weeks later recruiter reached out to schedule interviews. No phone call screen with a recruiter, placed through to a panel of people the position supports. Found out in the last interview salary is extremely below market rate. A pre-screen with the recruiter would have been helpful to not waste the interview panel's time. I reached out to the recruiter, scheduler, and one of the interviewers multiple times to follow up, never received a rejection or next steps. Seems like there is misalignment on the role internally and the recruiting team are not great communicators.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System in Nov 2018
Interview
Phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We discussed salary and the range they're offering is far below market as an experienced EA. However, Specialist was explanatory and polite about the industry and was very honest about their salary structure.
