Filled out application online. Was contacted on phone by a recruiter about two weeks later to do an initial screening (Explaining the job, gauging my interest). Then on the phone scheduled an interview with the Project Manager. The project manager was unable to do the interview, so another person on the team I'd be working on took over the interview (phone). After it, the Recruiter contacted me again to reschedule the project manager interview. I did that interview on the phone. Then came a one and a half month "Silent" period, where no recruiter contacted me. Then all of a sudden I was contacted by a senior recruiter on a Wednesday and had two more phone interviews by the end of the week. After another final interview (I interviewed with every person on the team) I was contacted by the Recruiter with an offer. The interview's weren't very difficult, but the process could have been better communicated (periods of silence leaving me hanging).
