The entire process of selection was a well coordinated one.It consisted of 4 rounds. The first round consisted of an aptitude test and an essay writing session .This was an elimination round. Only 60 students were selected after the first round. The second round was a Group discussion round where out of 60 15 got through. Thereafter there were 2 rounds of 1:1 interviews .One was a technical interview and the other the HR interview. The entire process took about a day but in the end it was worth it.
