I was asked standard competency based questions: strengths, weaknesses, what motivates you, example of multitasking skills, example of leadership, working with others, do you work well under pressure, give an example of a time when you had to be relatively quick in coming to a decision, tell me about a time when you had to adapt to a difficult situation.

Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
