NVR Operations Manager Trainee interview questions

Just moved to the area and applied for the role. The recruiter said, " are you currently working? I said no, so she started laughing at me and told me Idk how people move to a new state without a job. Then started asking about my previous jobs Before and after my 8-year military experience, skipping over it completely... Told me she wanted me to take an assessment test to gauge my personality. It's actually a 40 min problem solving test. I took the test and she emailed me 1 week later and told me they are passing on me. Also, from the way it sounds, they wont hire you unless you have a truck. Sounds like they are going to put your Vehicle to work. Best of luck to whoever interviews there.
