Interview was very straight forward. Questions asked was the usual CSR questions and I was hired on the spot. When the company has a large contract they will mass hire.
Very easy interview. Do not be nervous just be honest and friendly. Easy to not be hired to be honest. Just need to know how to answer the phone and they teach you that

Simple informative interview. Asked a few questions on how I handled situations and why do I feel like I'm a good fit for the position. Informed me of the metrics that I needed to meet. I asked about bonuses and increases and when I could apply for a permanent position.
