Application, document submission and in-person interview. During the in-person time, I met with a manager individually as well as with a group for a short while. Everyone who I met was incredibly warm and gracious and answered questions candidly.

Describe what experience in the past makes you the best prepared for the challenges in this role?
Super quick and easy! One interview was phone call and the second was a virtual that had some video answers and some typed answers. Nothing too crazy, all the questions were pretty standard.

Called by recruiter on Monday, interviewed at call center the next morning during a hiring fair. Interview was one on one with a manager. I was offered a part time position, i was also given the option to choose my shift.
