Was a pretty standard interview process with one round of behavioral interviewing. Took a while to hear anything but it all worked out and it was pretty straightforward. Nothing surprising and hiring managers were accessible
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Newell Brands (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very chill and friendly. Two different people from my potential brand interviewed me.
They each asked about 5-6 behavior questions about my past experiences.
If you can make friends with the team members and if they like you, you can get hired. I heard back from them within a week.

Interview
I did not complete the whole process because I did not want to proceed with the company. It was an initial phone interview where they asked basic behavioral questions. They talked about the program and how you would rotate within the marketing functions. After that interview there was another one scheduled a week later, I heard back within a couple days.

Interview
It was only a one round interview on campus. I had two back-to-back 30 minute behavioral interviews. They were pretty standard questions. Nothing too tricky. Be prepared to talk about your favorite Newell Brand and why. My interviewer also asked me about my favorite non-newell brand. One of my interviewers was very conversational and the other one was more formal but both were nice and cordial.
