It was a relatively casual interview: some basic questions and a portfolio walk-through (I went through three of my projects). The interview process began earlier than average. I applied through my college office.

After a portfolio review with the Industrial Design Manager and one of the senior designers, the manager asked basic questions and described how the internship program was laid out. Very straightforward; I was just off my game that day and didn't answer as well as I knew I could have.
