Interview
The first was a person physical interview, it was quite unique as it is often a phone screening first. However, it was at a career expo. My understanding is you would have other technical screenings at the office in Florida and the involves a couples of panel interview and case based type questions.

Three separate one hour Interviews with multiple people - basic Fit questions followed by a 1 Hour Modeling Test. Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, NPV / IRR, and explain results.
