I am another one who was completely ghosted after multiple interviews for a Senior Planner position went extremely well. In my most recent interview (now 6 weeks ago) I was asked to create a presentation based on a fictional prompt they provided. I put a lot of hard work and creativity into the assignment, and my presentation was met with a lot of compliments in what was a great interview. I left the meeting feeling extremely confident in receiving an offer or at least that a final interview would be scheduled. As of today, I have not heard from anyone with Nissan since my interview despite my multiple attempts to reach out. It is a shame that they don't respect you enough to even respond to a single email to provide an update. Especially when so much time and effort was put into completing the assignment they gave out.

Didn't hear back for a few weeks, then received an automated email that they were moving on with other candidates. Obviously very unprofessional to do this, at this stage of the interview process. Sounded like an interesting position but probably better it didnt work out as even a beginner HR person would know, the wrong thing to do.
