The interview consisted of a phone call and an in person interview at the store. It was very simple, basic questions regarding experience and what your interests are (within your personal life and with the company) it was less than 10 minutes total for each interview.

Phone interview to start asking about general skills and why my skills aligned to a fast-paced, customer-centric position. I then came in for an in-person interview and was hired on the spot.
My interviewer wanted to hear about any previous job experience, such as cashier roles or host roles. You could talk about volunteering as well, any experience you had. They asked standard background questions like if you were in school, what you were studying.
