After applying for the position, there was a waiting period before an interview was scheduled. First had a telephone interview with 2 senior employees, followed by personal interviews with 3. Later, I had telephone interview with the HR, followed by a waiting period after which I was offered the position.

I applied for the position in April 1st week. I received a call from the HR by May. No followups for 2-3 weeks. This is followed by a general phone interview testing the interest in the job by May 2nd week. Immediately, they set a personal interview the following week. Results were out and the offer was made by end of May. I started late June for the position.
Our interview was conducted to test our ability to write scientific articles and make graphical representations. This is followed by basic questions from clinical study and personality questions.

Very friendly and supportive recruitment team. Extremely positive experience. I had received a message on Linkedin for medical writer position. I am based in Pune and the role was for Hyderabad. The recruiter was extremely helpful and friendly. After initial discussion, he arranged first screening call with one of the team leads. Exact 30 minutes call and a very positive discussion. a second screening telephone round with another team leader was again extremely positive. After this, I got an invitation to go for face to face interview. A technical test round compraising of abstract writing and a paragraph within 300 words, followed by HR round. Extremely friendly. F2F with functional head for nearly 45 minutes followed by F2F with two team leaders. took entire day but was a worth it experience.
