Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

Applied online. Series of online assessment questions. Fairly easy. Was called for an interview within weeks. Manager was very friendly. You just have to be very energetic, down to earth and a people's person.

Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
