Simple group interview process. Most of the time is spent getting to the know the potential employees, what do you do for fun, tell us about yourself, what makes you unique, etc.

Question 1
One this they do is pass out a roll of toilet paper. You will be asked to take as many squares of paper as you want. you can take 1 or 100 it doesn't matter. Based in the amount of squares you pick correlate to the amount to unique things about yourself you have to say.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
