Interview
- Resume screening: grades matter (even high school grades), looking for all-rounded people
- Fit interviews: Half the interviews will be "fit" based. Would we want to work with you? The questions are CV based to evaluate your personality, achievements and attitude
- Case interviews: Half the interviews will be "case" based. Much more challenging. Advice would be to do a lot of practice as this is where most people fail.
- You go through about 7 interviews in total, each 30mins.

Interview
First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.
2 rounds
R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
