Interview
The first of the selection process was a mathematical test. I received the feedback 3 weeks later and I was invited for a first round Skype interview. During the interview I talked with a consultant (motivational and behavioral questions)and then with a manager and an engagement manager (case study and motivational question)

-motivation to join the company and the industry
-a problem that I saw in my daily life and how I would solve it
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?

Interview
Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
