Interview
I went through three interviews to secure this position. For some reason I got all the way through the interview process to the point of filling out my paperwork and was told I didn't get the position. Found out later that I had lost it to someone who wasn't even ready to take the position when I was immediately available. The process was stressful and I can't say it was worth it for the amount I am getting paid. It was worth it however to be in an environment that is welcoming and upbeat.
