PageGroup Python Developer interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. We had half an hour discussion over phone, in which she asked details about current job, salary etc. But when asked about the hiring company, she admitted she didn't know anything about it, except the name, even does not know what is the product. This seemed really suspicious, and raised the question, is there an actual job or is it just some sort of phishing for resume?
