I went in and I waited for a couple minutes a really kind manager interviewed me and gave me time to answer and the next day I got a call back for the second interview

What is something that encourages you to wake up every morning?
Fast and easy. The interviewer was very comforting and sweet. The interview was brief and didn't drag out for any longer than it needed to. Overall not bad and I ended up getting the job.

Called you to meet at the restaurant to conduct 2 separate interviews . One was with the people who worked there and the other was one who worked in corporate.
