I was referred by a family friend and I was interviewed by the ACO, RDO. After the interview, I was given the final interview by working at a store for about 5-6 hours. Upon completion of the on job interview, I was offered a position a day later.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Panda Express (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
I was interviewed by two employees. The first to interview me was the general manager and the 2nd was the multi-unit manager. They each asked me a set of similar questions. The multi-unit manager told me I will go through a 3rd video interview another day so I should expect this call. I never received a call.

Im white and live in Los Angeles and have a long and successful history in management in the restaurant industry. When I applied for a job using my real name (non-hispanic name) I was never called for an interview, but when I applied for the same job at the same restaurant with a hispanic name, I was promptly called and asked to come in for an interview. I did this at 7 different locations around LA with the same results. It appears Panda Express has a policy of not hiring qualified white people, as they will not even call them in for an interview. Panda Express advertises job openings, but those jobs are not for white people. Disappointing.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express (New Orleans, LA)
Interview
Drove an hour for the first one. Drove two hours for the second just to be interviewed for 5 minutes. Drove two hours again for a third one. Had a Panda Preview. Then was offered an hourly associate position.

Question 1
Was not difficult at all. Questions were on point because they wanted to know who they were hiring. I understood.
