People Tech Group Python Developer interview questions

I went to interview in People Tech they took 2 rounds 1) Technical 2) System test done. Got shortlisted but they required immediate joiners i said not possible. After a month got call from the other HR of the company saying that we are going to recruit you but official notice period of your 2 months is heavy if it is negotiable then need to confirm the notice period and joining date then we will release the offer letter. With out confirming with our management how can i say. So based on the conversation i asked our management they have agreed to relieve me. Now the drama started i was confirmed the notice period and joining date, then he said manager want's to talk with you. You need to attend face-to-face round with manager i said ok. I went there 3 days back to back every day he is saying the same thing manager is not available he asked some other people to took interview each and every day i asked him do you have requirement or not he said yes we have and the technical feed back is positive . The final day they took one more HR round discussed about the package. After that i had waited 3 days they have not released offer letter. When i asked HR he said currently we kept your profile in hold. What kind of fun is this. They have such HR's who don't know about the requirements and hiring people. Of course i got job in another company.
