Technical coding exam. Create an automation framework from scratch on solving 3 scenarios. You can use any open-source framework and any language you know. I used Playwright - Typescript. The next 2 interviews are easy.

Interview
I have attended the interview in planit testing Hyderabad on 20 December 2018 and i had gone through 3 rounds from morning 10:00 AM to 03:30 PM. 1st round was technical discussion, second round was system test in which i have build a hybrid framework. Then 3rd round was project manager round in which manager was so impressed with my system test and my dedication. Then HR Sowjanya Chintala told me that you are selected and next day i have received a call from Kanthi Manager who is HR Manager. She has done some negotiation and after that recruiting HR Sowjanya Chintala has done more negotiation and asked me documents of previous employer which i sent to their email. Then they told me that this is the Shutdown period and you will get offer letter on 26-12-2018 and to join on 02-Jan-2019. But after several followups, they said that our Managers is on leave, our CEO is on leave and everybody is on leave. After that i have directly reached their office for the status but recruiting HR Sowjanya Chintala told me that approval is still pending and due to your higher salary, they are looking for some other candidates. Before attending interview only they have asked me my salary expectations n all.
Why did you wasted my time when you don't have capacity to give the promised compensation to the employee. So i recommend everyone to don't waste time to attend their interviews and waiting for offer letter. If they have any shame, they could have offered me now.
