The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Sep 2010
Interview
First step was a personality online test; after that, a intelligence/mathematical/skills test, then a 1:1 interview. All these 3 steps were carried out in less than a week. After waiting for about another week, the last step was a Group/Panel Interview.
The tests were not that hard, but you have to work really fast because of the limited time they allow.
