I submitted my resume through my university. I was then asked to complete logical and reasoning tests online. After passing, I was invited for a campus interview (1:1). Shortly after, I was invited to the headquarters where I took a math test and participated in a panel interview.
Tough process --- It's fair to say that only top talent makes it through.

They will always start off with tell me more about yourself questions, followed by questions that require STAR kind of answering, and hence you need to prepare on a few themes and be ready to share your stories

Online Assessment und danach 3 Runden (1 online 2 vor Ort) alle mit anderen Finance Managern. Hauptsächlich Personal Fit und jeweils eine kleine Case Study. Man sollte sich mit dem Unternehmen beschäftigt haben und grundlegende Finance Kenntnisse besitzen aber ansonsten nicht unglaublich viel Vorbereitung notwendig. Es wird viel auf den Charakter gesetzt.
