I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Milan) in Oct 2010
Interview
I passed the first step of the selection, which was online and included an IQ/personality test. I attended the second step of the selection process which consistes in a reasoning/IQ test of about 50 questions, the average time available to answer each question was just over one minute, I guess I would have done better had I practiced (I would recommend a GMAT guide book to get ready for the test).
