Phone interview was short and sweet. After applying i got a text within 24 hours to schedule a phone interview which was awesome because it was on my own time frame. During the interview i was asked a series of questions and was able to answer them without much thought. It was pretty short and sweet as I described earlier. Then once the interview was finished i was scheduled for a 1:1 interview the following week at the company.

First interview was a phone interview. Mainly just asked when I wanted to schedule my second interview. I then did a typing test when I came in for my second interview. Second interview, I interviewed with customer service manager. He asked very basic questions. He left for a few minutes and came back with job offer. I came in a few days later and did a mouth swab drug test and filled out paperwork. I know the type of mouth swab test they use and I for sure failed for marijuana. The person next to me failed for opiates. The HR rep looked at the tests for a minute and then said we passed... I hear they do UA Drug tests now...

First interview set up within two weeks of applying, then a second was given on the spot after successfully passing the first. Asked initially before setting up first interview how much I was looking to get paid. Then asked once in each interview.
