The interview/assessment process for the graduate program was very well structured and condcuted. The process involves few interviews; phone interview is followed up by an invitation to attend the group assessment center in the respective Protiviti office. The assessment includes a series of very interesting activities that tests your professional behaviour, problem solving skills, communication, leadership and creativity. The tests are design to be interesting and needs you to be working individually as well as a part of a team.
During the assesment centre, you will be interviwing with a senior manager and a managing director.
