The interviewer judged us on the basis of core values of the company like openness, leadership, etc and how we implement them in our lives (anecdotes). On our presentation skills. Simple questions related to computer programming like SQL, OOP, Inheritance. Basically the more confident the person is the more chances to get through.

Second Round was Tech Round where i was asked to code on standard algo problems and tech questions
