I hadn't applied to this position, but I guess they picked my resume from Qualcomm database and initial phone screening. One hour interview detailing about previous work experience, projects etc.. Onsite interview scheduled. Had a total of 7 rounds, where design managers from various groups of Standard cell library design like design, layout, characterization and validation interviewed for 45mins each.
