Interview
The interview process was very long, about 2 months since the fist contact I had with them. I then had a first very generic interview with somebody from HR and two technical interviews with other 3 people. Between each of them a long time passed and every interview lasted for minimum 1h. Questions sometimes are silly and repetitive like "tell me about a challenging situation". It was a crazy amount of time for finally receiving an email stating that I am not a good fit for the job.

- tell me about challenging situations
- define pragmatic and non pragmatic
- ask google if the weather is good tomorrow at the beach and give a pragmatic and non pragmatic way of asking
- What do you think the result would be if you googled " obama books"
- What do you think the result would be if you googled " Trump tower height" and find other ways that you could use to get the same result

Interview
3 stages of interview in total, see below:
first - HR (2 people)
second - Team Lead / Manager (1-2 people)
third - Project Manager (1 person)
prepare properly for second and third, if you manage to get to the third one it's a good sign
Three rounds, one with recruiter, another with manager, one more with client.
They involved both behavioral and technical / estimation questions. Interviewers were very nice and allowed me to ask plenty of questions, which gave me a better sense of the type of work I would be doing
From my experience, everything was smooth, fast and HR was really kind and nice as well as managers from the teams. It was overall really nice experience and I had great time.
