Interview
There are 2 round interview and a case study to make final decision. One with vp and one with hiring manager. The case study is about the product roadmap and product suggestion. It was a very smooth process
I don’t think the interview process was very effective. The hiring manager appeared to lack sufficient hiring experience, and the questions asked did not seem well aligned with evaluating the best candidates for the role.
