Interview
Intro on zoom followed by in person in the store with store manager and assistant manager. Interview took place on the showroom floor. Took about 30 minutes. They promised a call/email the following week to advise next steps but they ghosted. Never heard from them again.

Interview
I had 9 interviews and the culture ended up being much different than anticipated. In depth, personal ethos questions asked. They definitely expressed a lot less flexibility in the role than what was originally communicated. It felt like a psychological assessment would’ve been more effective to see if I fit into their culture.
