Question 1
Problem solving in certain scenarios. How your experience in a different industry translates to skill set at RH
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RH (Corte Madera, CA) in Nov 2011
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin and had a phone screening that lasted for about 30 minutes. After the phone screening, the recruiter scheduled the interview for later in the week. I met with 2 different people for 30 minutes each. Within 2 working days, RH turned over an offer. It was the smoothest interview process I've gone through.
The hiring process was very thorough. I met with four different members of the division in addition to a recruiter. They responded about the hiring status within a timely manner, and they were very willing to negotiate salary, which was nice. Overall, I felt the experience was positive and professional.
