The interview process was fairly simple- I sent in my application and was contacted a week later by the hiring manager at the men's flagship store in NYC. The interview lasted about a half an hour and I was contacted three days later and offered the position.

General Questions, past work experiences, possible employement options etc. Made sure to ask about any past problems as well as if you have worked in retail prior. Asked about college degree and other personal questions. Straight forward and simple. Interviewed by two managers who were extremely nice.
